Innotech Aviation Receives FAA Multiple STC Approval for I-Ku Airborne Broadband System

Montreal, Quebec. October 16,2010...Innotech Aviation
has received FAA multiple Supplemental Type Certificate (STC) approval for its I-KU airborne broadband system for installation on Bombardier Global Express aircraft. Innotech is completing installations at its Montreal facility. European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) approvalis in process.

I-KU broadband allows worldwide data and voice connectivity with the highest speeds available in the industry.

Using proprietary software applications developed by Innotech, in service aircraft installation will allow simultaneous access to video conferencing, live TV, on-demand movies, Voice over IP (VOIP), Voice Wi-Fi and the Internet. The Sysytem uses Ku-band satellite networks to provide worldwide coverage and larger bandwidth capabilities.

Simultaneous on-board connection can be made with any wireless devices, such as laptops, Blackberries, iPhones, and iPads.

Innotech Aviation, director of sales and marketing, Tony Rawlinson said, "The I-Ku broadband system supports the growing demand for seamless connectivity from home or office direct to the aircraft.
With a fixed monthly user fee of approximately $6,000 for unlimited simultaneous worldwide access, and the fastest airborne broadband currently on the market, the system is a must for aircraft owners looking to maximize connectivity and overall value of their aircraft."

The I-Ku system can be installed in 10-15 days, depending on the aircraft configuration, and weighs less than 35 lbs.
